How OUTLT Works
The Loop
You read, or you release, then you leave. Nothing more. The four screens below are the whole app.
FEED
Read what others could not say anywhere else.
The feed is where anonymous posts are witnessed. Entries are ordered by time remaining, not popularity. No profiles, no comments, no counts — just what someone needed to put down, while it still exists.
RELEASE
SUCCESS
MY POSTS
What you release
exists quietly.
My Posts is a small, private view of what you've released. Each one remains for the duration you chose, then disappears. You can revisit them or remove them early. It isn't a profile — just a temporary trace.
Say it.
Let it go.
Release is how you put something down. Text only, up to around three hundred characters. Choose how long it should exist — an hour, a day, a week, or indefinite — and release it. No drafts, no edits, no revisions.
Someone returns
during a difficult
moment.
SAFETY
Care, without
pretending to be
more than it is.
OUTLT is not therapy and not crisis support. The Safety screen is honest about that, and lists direct resources for anyone who needs more than the app can offer. It exists as quiet responsibility — not reassurance, not branding.
Posts or reads. Then leaves.
Not engagement. Not retention. Not growth. Just a moment of release that was available when it was needed.
